dear all,
it is to expensive for me, to connect on each remote Site a modem for sms direct.
And it is not easy to connect a modem, because all remote Sites are virtual systems.
And some Costumer Security Policy does not allowed using Modem or Handys.
Normal communcation over WAN between the sites over TCP Port 9394 (rest is block by firewall)
All events i see in the Dashboard or in remote site log, regarding status between remote and central site.
My only idea is, to send mails from each remote site, to a post Box, which will analysed by the central site.
Anyone better idea?

Most wireless carriers have a 'email' address available that you could use (i.e. xxxxx@verizontext.com) Other than that, I would say just use e-mail actions. However, if you are monitoring your mail server with WhatsUp; and it goes down...you wont be alerted.
