    I haven't done the download or the install of TPP 14.2 as I don't have a spare machine quite yet.  However the big big big big big big big issue that I've had with 14 and 14.1 is the alert center emails.  Has this been addressed in 14.2?  I thought this was to be fixes in 14.1 but I must have mis-understood the whole conversation.  Here is the thread I'm talking about:

      We have made some changes in this area of the product. Coming in the 14.2 TPP 2 build we have the following:

      • A brand new set of % variables specific to Alert Center
      • Alert Center Notification Policies can use SMS or SMS Direct actions in addition to Email actions
      • The SMS and SMS Direct actions support the new % variables in the message
      • Email actions used by the Alert Center can have customized subjects, including % variable support
      • The link to the Alert Center that is included in the Email message body is customizable

      Hopefully this will persuade you to download and install TPP 2 once its available and give these changes a look :)

      Good to see the alert message will be able to customize on coming v14.2.

      But, at this moments, is it possible to disclose the mail alert contents scheme so that we can modifiy it in v14.1? we're currently facing the problems on reading such long long alert message on BB or SMS..
