    Title:
'No data found' on interface in flow monitor home
    Message:

Many of our routers ppp interfaces show 'no data found' on the net flow home page.. yet if you click on the reports for that same interface there is up-to-date active data in them.  Also the date and time stamp for last incoming and outgoing details is current.  I have checked the monitor config and status on the routers and there are no error packets reported.  I have also tried restarting the flow collector service.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks

I also get the same "No data found". Does not matter what type of interface.

I think you may have the option "Poll Source for interface traffic" on, which will try to poll the source instead of adding up all flows to calculate the total interface traffic.   This option is only needed when the collector does not get the whole picture, like when the source is sampling.

      Hope this help,
