Thanks to Ambar Kulkarni for this script (all I did was change OID)

This script is helpful in creating Performance Monitor that graphs the raw data, not the difference.

Out of the box, Performance Monitor graphs the difference between the present and previous polled data. This active scripts just graphs the polled data straight up.
