    Hi

    I have got installed the new configured plugin at our Whatsup.(V14.1.2)

    I added the default Backup Script to one Cisco 3750 Switch and it dosent work.

    I get the following error.

    Backup Startup Config FAILED to run. An appropriate script for this task could not be found.

    I have downloaded the Cisco CDP Script and this works normaly. So there must be an error with the pre definied script.

    Some idea?

      Hi Tobias,

      please check the snmp device object id in "device properties"->"credentials". This must exactly match on a cisco device to use the default backup script.

      Hi Simon.

      Thanks for this Information. And it looks like this was the missing Part.

      I have added the Switches without scanning them.
