    I have a http monitor that monitors a web site, the site has been fine but we occasionally get a "Down" report saying it was down for a single poll.

    Is there a way to see in the log why it thought it was down?

    Can I tell the active monitor to only alarm when it missing 2-3 polls instead of 1?

      WhatsUp only deals with Up/Down - it doesn't explain why it labels them that way. All it means is the server could not communicate with whichever active monitor it is showing down. This could be for various reasons, sometimes not related to WhatsUp or the system showing down.

      I tuned the HTTP monitor to only poll every 60 seconds, this seemed to help in my company's situation.
