In what's up Gold it'd be great if after a device sends out a pager alert saying it is down whichever member of a team first starts working on the device can send an email from their phone/device that puts a message in what's up view stating that and also email's the other members that it is alreadu being taken care of

Would be great when one could SMS back too, to put a message back that it is already being taken care of.
Or even email/sms back to put the device in maintenance mode. For example, a server goes down and alerts are sent out to multiple users. A user could then reply back with a keyword as the body of the email that would cause WUG to force the device into maintenance mode.
